Leasing Agent
Still Meadow Village Location: Wilmington, NC Type: Full Time
Job Description

Seeking an energetic and outgoing Leasing Agent to join our team in Wilmington, NC at Still Meadow Village Apartments!

Qualified Leasing Professionals will have at least one year of property management experience. This position is Full Time and offers competitive hourly pay!

Summary of Position:

Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments.
Showing apartments to prospective residents.
Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails.
Completing all leasing paperwork.
Compiling and processing applications.
Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
Assisting with resident activities.
Upkeep of the office, clubhouse, and apartment model homes.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A high school diploma or equivalent

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to maintain a professional image
Good organizational skills
Good verbal and written skills
Strong customer service orientation
Must have reliable transportation

This position is Full Time and requires weekend and some holidays!
