Community Manager
Location: Gibsonville, NC Type: Full Time
Job Description

We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team in Gibsonville, NC at LaShawn Valley apartments!

Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position is Full Time (30+ hours) and offers competitive hourly pay!

Summary of Position:

Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments.
Resident certifying 
Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails.
Completing all leasing paperwork.
Compiling and processing applications.
Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.

Upkeep of the office and clubhouse 
Rent collection.
Processing Invoices.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A high school diploma or equivalent

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good organizational skills
Good verbal and written skills
Strong customer service orientation
Must have reliable transportation
