Regional Manager
Rural Development Portfolio, North Carolina Location: Greensboro, NC Type: Full Time
Job Description


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Forge and sustain relationships with staff to qualify residents and secure tenant leases.
  • Maintain successful marketing campaign to maximize portfolio asset performance for properties.
  • Perform regular property site inspections giving tenants notices when properties are not maintained in accordance with lease.
  • Investigate and work with site staff to resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare project-based budgets, analyze and correct budget variances with the Accounting staff
  • Oversee capital improvements per property
  • Must represent & promote our core values

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to travel regionally including overnight
  • Excellent employee development skills & Leadership ability
  • Experience with supervising teams in multiple locations preferred
  • Extensive experience managing and meeting Budget requirements per property
  • Background in Real Estate Asset/Property Management
  • 3+ years Regional Manager experience required
  • Solid analytical and negotiating skills
  • Process Development experience
  • Multi-family experience is required

Requirements:

  • Regional Manager experience with RD properties is A MUST
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • RD/HUD/NCHFA Compliance Training preferred
  • Proficient in current Microsoft Office Programs/Yardi preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Calm under pressure
