Assistant Community Manager

Job Description

Carlisle has an immediate opening for an Assistant Community Manager at our beautiful community, Huntington Apartments in Morrisville, NC.

Job Duties

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations and resident satisfaction. Specifically, the Assistant Community Manager will:

· Provide tours to prospective residents

· Assist with move ins and move outs

· Assist the Community Manager with administrative items

· Help sparkle apartments

· Schedule and monitor turns

· Help maintain the office

· Support the maintenance team with work orders

· Help market the property and the Carlisle Brand

· Help plan and manage resident events

· Provide customer service to residents

Required Experience

· High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate; some college preferred

· Three or more year’s property management and/or closely related customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience


· Valid Driver’s License

· Customer Service orientation

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

· Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply,use fractions, and calculate percentages and ratios.

· Experience with property management software(Yardi) preferred

· High Energy

· Self-Starter
